His role is to translate not just language — but expectations, business practices, and sourcing strategy. From initial onboarding to daily guidance during the trip, Great focuses on helping participants make smart decisions, ask the right questions, and maximize the value of each manufacturer visit. By combining practical business insight with a supportive leadership style, Great helps transform what can feel like an overwhelming international process into a structured and empowering experience.
